Pillars of a Mature Insider Threat Program

Presenter:  Lou Bladel (EY Forensic & Integrity Services)

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand how to develop a mature Insider Risk Management Framework, including the process of performing a current state program assessment and drafting a future state roadmap of an insider threat program.
  • Learn the value in leveraging an established threat capability model and the related risks of an unrefined insider threat program.
  • Recognize how insider threat programs encompass risk oversight, asset protection, personnel security, incident management, and education and awareness.

  • Recognize the basics of detecting and gleaning actional intelligent to protect your organization.
